We keep a wide variety of items in stock but not every product in every size, every item listed for sale is in stock. Your required item/s are in stock then they will be packaged and posted to you the next available working day. We order stock from our suppliersonce a week depending on demand so please contact us if your required size is not listed.

Orders sent out by MMA-Fightwear.co.uk are generally sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the UK, or courier for heavier items.

Postage costs are calculated by weight of the total order.  The exact shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout and before you are asked to pay for your order.

Therefore UK customers can usually expect their orders to usually arrive in 3 – 10 working days, however we do state in our terms and conditions to allow 28 days for delivery. We will endeavour to keep customers informed of any expected delays.

If items are required more urgently then priority delivery can be arranged for a small additional delivery cost, telephone us and we will do our best to get items sent out direct within 24 hours.

Order Errors / Damaged or faulty goods

Should there be an error with your order or a faulty or damaged item within your order, we require that you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt.  We will exchange the item for an undamaged replacement or the correct product, or refund the cost of the item if the product is not available.  You will not be charged for the return postage or the replacement postage in this case, providing you return the item via the method we advise. 

Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you lose, use or give away that parcel, no replacement will be provided. Once we have received the returned item, we will despatch the corrected order on a next working day service where possible. 

Returns

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.

If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you.

We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.

We do ask that you please contact us first to let us know that the product is being returned. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.

If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.

If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.

Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.

No refunds can be given until return goods have been received.
